TNCSC Newsletter is published quarterly in English and Tamil for the benefit of its members. We welcome comments or story ideas and request participation of TNCSC members in this newsletter.

1. Articles are accepted from active TNCSC members only. All articles that are submitted must include author's name and contact information.
2. Articles may be in English or Tamil: Please use the Mylaisri font for your Tamil article. This font can be downloaded from the website:     http://www.geocities.com/athens/7444/mylsri.html
3. Artwork, photos and other images must be zipped before being sent to the editor. File formats accepted: MS Word, PDF, JPEG, GIF.
4. TNCSC newsletter committee will choose, edit or format the content received as necessary. The decision of this committee is final.

5. Articles with bias toward religious, political party or caste will be summarily rejected.
