Vallikkannan (MVK) Maruthappan is a prominent businessman based in Toronto. He has done MBA after completion of Mechanical Engineering from Pondicherry University. He is also a member of different Professional and Social Associations in Canada and India. He served in various management positions for well-known companies.

Eminent Tamil scholar Umayal Muthu conferred him the title called “Manitha Theni” means Honey Bee for his hard work. 

Currently MVK is a Realtor working with HomeLife Today Realty Ltd., Toronto, ON, Canada. Also he is Tax, Financial and Business Consultant operating under the name of "U-nik Solutions Canada Inc." and MVK Tax. His keen interest in Tamil literature facilitated him to become an editor of a Bilingual Magazine "Tamiler Poonga", the one and only Year Book about Success Stories of World Tamils.

Bala came to Canada in late 2006 and currently employed in utility sector in the field of SCADA controls engineering. After graduating in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Engineers, he has gained rich and wide-ranging experience in the field of SCADA controls, automation and electrical maintenance in various industries such as the utility, war shipping, manufacturing and service sectors with industry leaders like General Electric, Owens Corning, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and Electricite de France.

His social service came to light during Kargil war, Gujarat Earthquake and South Asian Tsunami. Bala was among the first to respond to the natural calamity and raised huge amount of money for the relief work. Apart from his personal contribution and also motivated his friends and colleagues to donate for the victims.

Arvind is an engineering student from University of Toronto. He is the youngest director of TNCSC.

Music, cricket, swimming, yoga and Rajinikanth are some, not all, of his interests.

Balu was born in Kodumudi in Periar District of Tamilnadu, India. He is  running  a Vegetarian Restaurant called The Niligiris at Scarbrough. His wife Jeyanthi is also helping to run the restaurant.

Parvathy is a computer science graduate from Madurai University. She is one among the youngest and only female director of TNCSC. Her hobby in cooking facilitated her to start Paru Chettinad Catering. She is one of the well-known entrepreneur in the catering industry in particularly for mouth watering Chettinad foods.

She also interested in writing. She writes Chettinad cooking recipe in monthly magazine called Tamiler poonga. She has been blessed with baby girls Alagu and Harini.

A Web Consultant with 19 years of experience in various IT Software/Hardware sales, service and development areas, Launched Alphaweb Solutions in 2004 realising the potential in the Online/Offline Design & Marketing industry expaned from home office to a Small business in 2007 to cater the demands of the large SMB population.

An active participant of TNCSC and other organisations also Designed and developed the new TNCSC website.

Sriram Rangan is the Founder & International Chief Tech Director of Budo Martial Arts Academy with accredited centers in Canada, USA, India and Switzerland, and teaches Karate in number of places in the province of Ontario and has created numerous Black Belts in Canada and India in the last 25 plus years.

In 2007 Sensei Sriram received an Award from Chief Armand P. La Barge, York regional Police in recognition of his Contribution to the development of Martial arts in Canada for more than 15 Years. He has been credited as being the first Instructor to come from India to Canada and teach Karate and develop Karate Do.

Sriram Rangan is also an entrepreneur and he imports granite and marble from India, China, Brazil and Taiwan. He lives with his wife Vaishali who is also a Black Belt and their two son Raj and Rishab in Toronto.
